I booked a ticket through a customer service rep named Nutrag, paying £1000 without getting a confirmation to proceed. I was unsure about the return time, but they went ahead and booked it without my approval. Yesterday, I reached out to them after confirming my return date for July 1, 2023, and they told me it would cost £420 to change it. I pointed out that there was no actual booking and I never received any confirmation letter, so why should I fork out £420? I requested a refund, but they flat-out refused. Eventually, I agreed to pay an extra £250 to close the case. Today, when I checked with the airline, I discovered only two tickets were booked. I called them again to explain, and they informed me that my infant would be considered a child on the return, meaning I’d have to pay £860 plus the £250 I already paid. When I asked to cancel the ticket for June 1, 2023, they said it would cost £195 per person. This agency is a total scam—anyone reading this should steer clear!

Mr. Taylor was incredibly effective, provided me with excellent guidance, and assisted me in every possible manner. He’s a gem. This was a business booking on Emirates for a trip from Heathrow to Bangalore. It was a smooth experience and managed exceptionally well.

Watch out for these folks. When you book a ticket, they sneak in an extra charge for 1 free change by default, and only the fare difference applies. I ran into this when I tried to use the so-called free change, and they quoted me £135 per person for the fare difference. Thankfully, I reached out to the airline directly, and they only charged me £100 per person, which included a £30 fare difference and a £70 penalty. It’s clear these guys were just trying to pull a fast one with their 1 free change offer. I used to be a loyal customer, but sadly, they’ve lost me now.

I can't recommend this service to anyone. I booked a trip to Sri Lanka with my family for a wedding. I asked multiple times for advice regarding my passport, which has less than 6 months validity, to see if I could still go on the holiday. The advisor assured me it was no problem. After hearing that, I went ahead and paid a deposit. On my second call, the advisor reiterated that I could travel without any issues. Then, just 5 days before the trip, I called to settle the remaining balance. That’s when the advisor told me I needed to apply for an online visa for Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, I found out I couldn't travel because my passport didn’t meet the 6-month requirement. This all happened because of their incorrect advice, and in the end, they refused to refund my deposit. They didn’t offer any solutions, and when I checked my ticket, it had been canceled without my consent. This is just plain unethical. I'm now pursuing a legal complaint against them for their misleading information.
